Inquiries and reservations for services of all the packages should be made through our head office in Bali. Maximum details are required in order to fulfill your reservations efficiently. Arrival / departure dates, flight details, number of people involved and notification if alternative hotels are acceptable, will help us to handle your inquiry efficiently. |

| Confirmation |
| Confirmation will always be made via facsimile or telephone and every party concerned have to be responsible for their own expenses. |

| Cancellation |
| Whilst it is not SUTRA's policy to levy cancellation or no show fees of any kind, late notice of cancellation can result in a claim from hotels and supplier of services. In such case, we will debit charges to agents concerned. |
